STEP 1 | INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our initial meet starts via email or a phone call. During this time we will connect and introduce our services and process while obtaining details and information from you about your event. We will go through our pricing structure and finalize a budget that aligns with you. Once agreed upon, a deposit confirms the booking and reserves your date and rentals. Our next meeting will entail finalizing a design.
STEP 2 | DESIGN CONSULTATION
After your booking, we move into the design consultation which will occur anywhere from 3 to 5 months prior to your event. Timing is dependent on any custom work and the complexity of your event where we may create a vision from blueprint to design. We will confirm a color palette, design and all decor elements. This meeting can be done in person, via email or video calls depending on your location. Additional meetings can be booked via phone, video call or in- person
STEP 3 | FINAL STAGE
Depending on the design of your event and any changes that may occur, we may meet again. This would be our final appointment to go through any last minute changes and logistics.
